Is the free tier really free?
Yes — $0 for up to 15 students, with no credit card and no trial period. It never converts to a paid plan on its own: paid features begin only when you explicitly choose a paid tier and complete checkout.
What happens if I grow past my plan’s student cap?
We’ll prompt you to upgrade to the next tier. Nothing is deleted and there are no surprise charges — you stay in control of when to move up.
Monthly or annual — can I switch?
Both are available on Standard and Pro. You can switch in the billing portal; downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from the billing portal — cancellation is as easy as signing up. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to the free tier. We don’t do prorated refunds except where the law requires.
Is parent communication an extra add-on?
No. The activity feed, photo sharing, family reactions, and optional daily digest are part of the core product on every paid plan — never a separate paid “parent app.”
Will these prices change?
If they do, we’ll publish changes here first and give existing customers notice — no surprise repricing mid-term. Flat per-school pricing is the model: your bill never grows because you enrolled one more child within your cap.
