Is parent communication included, or is it a separate paid app?
It’s included in every paid plan. The activity feed, photo sharing, family reactions, and an optional daily digest are part of the core product — never a separate paid “parent app” or add-on line item.
How is pricing structured?
Simple flat per-school tiers, published on our pricing page: a free tier for up to 15 students, Standard $49/month, Pro $129/month, Enterprise by request. Billed monthly or annually through Stripe — never per child, never quote-walled.
Where is my data stored, and how is it protected?
Your data is stored in the United States, encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access and email verification. See our Privacy page for how we handle and retain data.
Do you hold SOC 2, HIPAA, or ISO certification?
No. We’re committed to a strong security posture and continue to invest in it, but we do not claim certifications we don’t currently hold. Our Privacy page describes exactly how we protect your data.
