Honesty first
We publish our prices, claim only what we’ve built, and say plainly what’s still on the roadmap.
My Little Peas is childcare management software for US daycares, preschools, and early-childhood programs. We bring daily activity tracking, parent and guardian updates, billing, and staff and room operations into one system — so directors stay organized, teachers spend less time on paperwork, and parents can see how their child’s day is going.
It’s built for single-site and growing multi-room programs that want one platform instead of a stack of disconnected tools. We built it around a simple belief: software for childcare should be modern, honest about what it costs, and designed with the trust and privacy that caring for children demands.
Most centers run their day across a patchwork of disconnected tools — one app for updates, another for billing, and paper logs for everything in between. Nothing talks to each other, families feel out of the loop, and directors spend evenings reconciling invoices by hand.
We started My Little Peas to close that gap: connecting the classroom floor to the front office to the family in a single platform purpose-built for the full daycare workflow, from a prospect’s first inquiry through enrollment and graduation. The payoff is practical — one source of truth for every child and family record, less re-keying between tools, and new staff onboarded with role-based invitations.

We build for the classroom floor and the front office — not for a sales demo.
Children’s information is a responsibility. Security and privacy shape every feature we ship.
Parents are part of the day. Updates are included in the core product, never an upsell.
Everything the day actually needs, and nothing it doesn’t. Focus is a feature.
Email us and a person replies — no bots, no ticket mazes, no runaround.
My Little Peas unifies the moving parts of a center into one place:
We describe only what the platform actually does — never aspirational claims dressed up as fact. Today that means data encrypted in transit and at rest, role-based access control so people see only what their role allows, and email verification for accounts. We store your childcare records in secure data centers located in the United States. Where we rely on trusted service providers such as Stripe to operate the platform, we require contractual data-protection commitments; see our Privacy Policy for details. My Little Peas is intended for use by childcare professionals and guardians — adults — and is not directed to children under 13.
On records, our posture is explicit deletion: records are deleted on your request or at the end of our relationship — never silently or arbitrarily. Retention periods and your deletion rights are described in our Privacy Policy.
We are intentionally careful about certifications. We do not claim SOC 2, HIPAA, ISO, or third-party audit certifications. Where we pursue them, we’ll say so plainly as roadmap items rather than imply we already hold them. Privacy and compliance details on this site are informational and are governed by our published Privacy Policy and Terms.
My Little Peas is a US-focused platform, purpose-built around the realities of US childcare programs and the sensitivity of children’s data. For directors weighing platforms built for other markets, a US-based focus and childcare-first design are core to who we are — not features bolted on later. We store your records in the United States; see our Privacy Policy for how we handle data with the service providers we rely on.
My Little Peas is a software platform. It is not a licensed childcare provider, and using it does not, on its own, satisfy state licensing, staff-to-child ratio, background-check, mandatory-reporting, or record-keeping requirements. Our tools — including per-room capacity tracking and medication and incident logging — are record-keeping and informational aids that support your team’s judgment; they do not replace it. Childcare providers remain solely responsible for the care, safety, supervision, and regulatory compliance of their programs. Information on this site is informational only and is not legal advice.
My Little Peas is US-based childcare management software for daycares, preschools, and early-childhood programs. Our prices are published on our pricing page — a free tier for up to 15 students, Standard $49/month, Pro $129/month, and Enterprise by request — flat per school, billed monthly or annually, never per child, and never behind a sales call.
Parent activity feeds and the guardian portal are included on every plan, not sold as a separate add-on or paid “parent app.”
